You can return a product within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit if it's still as good as new and has all the original tags attached. To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

1. Be returned within 30 days of your delivery date

2. Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

3. Be returned with original tags and packaging

To initiate a return process, please email us at returns@orionnebulalife.com. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your products, and all refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Upon receipt, the exchange department will determine the condition of returned items; items must be in saleable condition to qualify. Returns that do not respect our policy may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.

WHAT’S NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

We cannot offer returns on pre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale." Additionally, any product with modifications or a custom monogram is non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable, and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason.

HOW DO I START A RETURN PROCESS?

Please email returns@orionnebulalife.com us about the return. We will then get back to you with a shipping label. Returns sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders we have yet to receive. 

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 15 business days from the date of return. Please complete our Return Form and include that in the return package

RETURN COST

Return shipping costs are borne by the sender and are deducted from the value refunded.

We currently offer free shipping for all domestic orders exceeding $249 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). 

Expedited shipping at checkout within the continental US only. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to go out the same day (business days only). 

Expedited orders received over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is non-refundable and is NOT available to PO boxes.

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days to process and fulfill your order. Once fulfilled, orders will take 3-8 business days to arrive, barring any carrier delays (all orders are shipped from Texas).

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days (barring any shipping delays that may occur). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We ship all over the world. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees associated with the purchase. We do not offer exchanges or free returns. Please note in case the customer chooses to return the order within the return window, the duty, tax, shipping, and any other fees are non-refundable.
