WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

You can return a product within 30 days of purchase for a refund if it's still unused and has all the original tags attached. To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

1. Be returned within 30 days of purchase date

2. Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

3. Be returned with original tags and packaging

To initiate a return process, please email us at returns@orionnebulalife.com. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your products, and all refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Upon receipt, the exchange department will determine the condition of returned items; items must be in saleable condition to qualify. Returns that do not respect our policy may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.

WHAT’S NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

We cannot offer returns on pre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale." Additionally, any product with modifications or a custom monogram is non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable, and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason.

HOW DO I START A RETURN PROCESS?

Please email returns@orionnebulalife.com about the return. We will then get back to you with a shipping label. Returns sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

 For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders we have yet to receive. 

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 14 business days from the date of return. Please complete our Return Form and include that in the return package

RETURN COST

Return shipping costs are borne by the sender and are deducted from the value refunded.
