Questions on Shipping and Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that for international shipping, customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees related to their purchase. Please be aware that we do not provide exchanges or free returns. In the event that a customer decides to return an order within the designated return window, all duties, taxes, shipping charges, and any additional fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be limited to the cost of the goods only.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive a receipt for your order immediately after you place it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking details via email. You can use these details to check the status of your order on the Track Order page at any time.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping at checkout within the continental US only. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to go out the same day (business days only).
Expedited orders received over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping is non-refundable and is NOT available to PO boxes.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over $249 before taxes, that ship within the contiguous United States (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or US territories).
Which holidays do carriers observe & not pick up or ship packages? question
Carriers do not pick up or ship on the following holidays.

My order didn't arrive when it said it would
While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, carrier-provided delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays can occur once a package leaves our warehouse due to factors beyond our control.
If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, email support@orionnebulalife.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
Yes, we offer a quality guarantee for all of our products. If you are not satisfied with the product or find any damages, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS), and local courier partners.
How do I return a purchased item?
You can return a product within 15 days of delivery for a refund if it's still as good as new and has all the original tags attached. To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
1. Be returned within 15 days of your delivery date.
2. Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
3. Be returned with original tags and packaging
To initiate a return process, please email us at returns@orionnebulalife.com. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning your products, and all refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Upon receipt, the exchange department will determine the condition of returned items; items must be in saleable condition to qualify. Returns that do not respect our policy may be returned to the original shipping address at our discretion.
What steps can I take after I drop off my return package?
We advise retaining the drop-off receipt until your return has been fully resolved. Kindly allow 5 business days from the date the return is postmarked as delivered for it to be processed. Thank you for your patience throughout this procedure.
How do I order on your website?
To order on our website, simply select the offer above and click the 'Buy Now' button. Then, fill in your shipping and billing information. Your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Payment is secured by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX.
DO YOU OFFER A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT?

Do you cover return shipping?
At this time, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I Maintain and Care for my bag?
Please treat your ORION bag with care by avoiding excessive temperatures, direct sunlight, and moisture exposure. Before storing, please empty the bag and place it in its included dust cover. Utilise the provided silica gel packets to prevent humidity damage.
Please note that the bag is made of 4 different material types:
1. Real Leather;
2. Polyester;
3. Vegan Leather;
4. Gold metal accent parts;
To clean the vegan leather and remove stains, use a baby wipe or a soft baby washcloth with mild soap and water, applying gentle motions. For the real leather portion of the bag ( the large leather flap at the top of the bag), we also recommend regular maintenance with a leather conditioner to preserve the material’s flexibility and appearance.
Please refrain from machine washing your ORION bag, as this may damage the hardware and/or material.

Does ORION Offer Sales?
We have rolling sales programs all through the year. Sometimes, they last only a few hours. However, Mother's Day (at the end of April, so gifts arrive on time) and Black Friday are almost always guaranteed.

What should I do if my bag arrives damaged?
Should your item arrive in a damaged condition, please send an email to support@orionnebulalife.com within 14 days of the original delivery date or contact us here. Ensure to include your order number and photographs depicting the issue.
Do you provide Buy Now, Pay Later Services? (AfterPay, CASH APP PAY, SHOP PAY)
